*Husband seeking to produce video clippings recorded through pin hole camera establishing wife's extra marital relationship - Benefit of privileged communications between husband and wife - Is not available in Family Court proceedings - Clipping from pin hole camera with hard disk memory is primary evidence - Thus compliance of S. 65B of Evidence Act is not necessary*.
